Prof. Dr. Martani Huseini is an Indonesian academic, policymaker, and innovation leader with extensive experience in marine and fisheries development, sustainable regional growth, and community empowerment. Formerly serving as Director General of Processing and Marketing of Fisheries Products at the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, his expertise spans fisheries policy, value chain development, local economic growth, and Indonesia’s blue economy transformation. As Founder of OVOI Indonesia (One Village One Innovation Indonesia), he promotes village-based innovation, rural entrepreneurship, and sustainable development initiatives that strengthen local communities.
