Bringing decades of leadership experience in tourism development, international relations, and regional cooperation, with deep expertise in advancing Indonesia’s position within the global tourism landscape. Formerly serving as Secretary of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (2020–2024) and Head of ASEAN National Tourism Organizations (ASEAN NTOs) Indonesia (2020–2023), contributions have focused on strengthening international partnerships, regional tourism collaboration, and strategic policy initiatives.

As Founder of Women Communication Network (WCN)—a community dedicated to promoting women’s empowerment—efforts have also centered on fostering leadership, expanding opportunities, and strengthening the role of women across sectors. Extensive engagement in ASEAN and international forums has provided a unique perspective on border regions, connectivity, and the role of tourism in advancing sustainable and inclusive development.
